Terms of service.

1. General
1.1. Content Canines ("we," "our," "us") provides in-home dog training and behaviour modification sessions throughout South Australia.
1.2. By engaging our services, you ("client") agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1. Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
2.2. Payment is required either in full at the end of the session (cash), or client will be invoiced which is to be paid within 14 days.
2.3. Cancellation or rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost.

3. Services Provided
3.1. Content Canines specialises in personalised, in-home training and behaviour modification tailored to the needs of your dog and household.
3.2. All training is fear-free and rewards-based, prioritising the welfare and safety of the dog.
3.3. Results may vary depending on the dog's temperament, consistency in following training plans and advice provided, and the commitment of the client.

4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. The client must ensure the training environment is safe and free of hazards for both the trainer and the dog.
4.2. Clients are expected to follow the training plan and advice provided during sessions and commit to providing ongoing training to their dog.
4.3. Children or additional pets in the household should not interfere with training sessions unless pre-arranged.

5. Liability
5.1. While every effort is made to ensure safety, clients accept full responsibility for the actions of their dog during and after training sessions.
5.2. Content Canines is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the client's dog before, during, or after training sessions.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality
6.1. Any personal information shared with Content Canines will be treated with confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of providing training services.
6.2. Photos or videos of training sessions may be used for promotional purposes unless the client requests that theirs are not used.
6.3 Client email addresses will be added to the Content Canines mailing list used for marketing purposes. All marketing emails will have an unsubscribe link.

7. Code of Conduct
7.1. Content Canines reserves the right to refuse service to clients who behave inappropriately, including but not limited to harassment, abuse, or disregard for the welfare of the dog.

8. Health and Safety
8.1. Clients must disclose any health conditions or behavioural issues their dog has prior to the first session.
8.2. Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses.

9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia.
9.2. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Australia.
